FAQ

What is the cost?

Every wildlife issue is different even if it involves the same species as another. It is best to give us a call. On site we can accurately quote what it is going to take to solve your wildlife problem. In some cases, insurance will cover the cost of removing the wildlife. It will also cover repairing and cleaning up after the invasion.

Are the animals relocated?

Most animals can be relocated, but only by licensed companies or individuals. Most orphaned animals can be taken to rehabilitators. They will raise them until the animals are old enough to survive on their own. Some animals are humanely euthanized according to state laws. This is sometimes the proper way to solve the issue.

Are traps safe for my pets?

Yes, when pets are in the area, we take extra precaution. We use humane cage trapping methods. We also use bait that does not attract dogs or cats.

How long does it take?

No wildlife issue is the same. Some problems can be solved in minutes. However, evicting a bat colony or a group of beaver may take several weeks or months.

Is there a repellent to keep animals away?

There are many repellents available online. However, in our opinion, most are gimmicks or old tricks. They simply do not work. We have caught many animals next to ammonia bottles, cayenne pepper, moth balls, or sonic sound devices that are meant to repel animals away. The best way to solve the problem is by trapping or excluding the animal.

I hired someone already and they didn’t solve the problem. Can you help?

Yes, we would be happy to help. This happens more often than some would think. Wildlife and rodent problems can be tough to solve. At times customers think the previous company didn’t do a good job, because no animals were caught. Sometimes the customer is right and the company did a bad job. However, wild animals are unpredictable. They sometimes leave for no apparent reason. The best thing to do is fix the damage they have caused. Take all measures to make sure they can’t get back in if they ever decide to return.
